Design - Placement and Routing.

Our starting point would be the Schematic diagram, items list, component data sheets and Mechanical constraints of the PCB as supplied by the Customer.

Once all the initial data has been compared and checked to the supplied data the board is placed and routed then checked again using the software layout tools.

The other layers required for manufacture and then created. Legends, resists, solder pastes and drilling.

The post processing of the PCB design results in a set of photo tools being produced ready for manufacture. These can be in the form of photo plots or electronic data.
